Measurement Guide
A beautiful fit begins with accurate measurements. Follow our simple guide before selecting your dress size or submitting custom measurements.
Prepare for Accurate Measurements
- Use a soft, flexible measuring tape.
- Wear fitted clothing or the undergarments you plan to wear with your dress.
- Stand naturally with your feet together.
- Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably fitted against your body.
- Do not pull the measuring tape too tightly.
- For better accuracy, ask another person to help you.
Where to Measure
Take each measurement carefully and record your results before choosing your size.
Bust
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust.
Keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor around your body. It should sit comfortably against you without compressing your bust.
Fit Tip: Wear the bra or similar undergarment you intend to wear with your dress.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — generally the narrowest part of your torso.
Keep your body relaxed and avoid pulling in your stomach while taking the measurement.
Fit Tip: Gently bend to one side. The natural crease that forms usually indicates your natural waist.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Check that the measuring tape remains horizontal and level around your body.
Fit Tip: Use a mirror or ask someone to check that the tape does not rise or fall at the back.
Hollow to Floor
Stand straight with your feet together and without shoes.
Begin at the hollow located at the center base of your neck/collarbone and measure vertically down to the floor.
Important: Hollow to Floor begins at the center hollow of your collarbone — not from your shoulder.
Height
Remove your shoes and stand straight against a wall on a flat surface.
Measure vertically from the top of your head down to the floor.
Fit Tip: Ask someone else to take this measurement rather than measuring your own height.
Height ≠ Hollow to Floor
These are two different measurements. Height is measured from the top of your head to the floor, while Hollow to Floor begins at the center hollow of your collarbone and continues straight down to the floor.
